When Peter Rothstein stepped into Michael Donald Edwards’ shoes, his vast experience gave him just the background he needed to guide Asolo Rep to exciting new heights. Rothstein will share his vision for Asolo’s future.
Regular Entree: SYC Cobb salad: Mixed greens, tomatoes, boiled eggs, bacon, sliced avocado, crumbled blue cheese, sliced grilled chicken, choice of dressing
Vegetarian Entree: Grilled romaine and tofu: Grilled half romaine heart, grilled marinated tofu, pickled red onion, tomato and basil oil drizzle
Dessert: Carrot cake with cream cheese icing OR fresh fruit
